Wholes, Halves, and Quarters

Our Beef packages are the ultimate way to fill your freezer with premium, responsibly raised Certified Black Angus beef. Each whole includes the complete range of steaks, roasts, brisket, ribs, and ground beef — USDA inspected, aged 14+ days for maximum flavor, and raised with no antibiotics or added hormones on our Goldthwaite, Texas ranch. Depending on your cut sheet selections(bone-in, etc) you will receive 450-525# of Beef and you will need at least 16-20 cubic feet of freezer space for your order when it is ready to bring home. Halves and Quarters are also available!
