Our Quarter Beef Bundle is the perfect way to start stocking your freezer with premium, pasture-raised, grain-finished Black Angus beef from Carnivore Cattle Company. Each quarter includes a balanced mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef — all USDA inspected, aged 21 days for maximum flavor, and raised with no antibiotics or added hormones on our Goldthwaite, Texas ranch.

How it works: Reserve your quarter with a $250 deposit. We'll contact you when your beef is ready for processing to collect the balance and coordinate pickup or delivery. Prefer to pay everything up front? Choose the Pay in Full option.
