Order Process:

1. Deposit: $1,500 to reserve your whole beef
2. Custom Cut Sheet: We help you create a custom cut sheet tailored to your family
3. Harvest & Weigh: We notify you of the exact hanging weight and final balance

Pick-Up:  Beginning March 15, 2026 after 4-6 weeks, your beef is ready for pick-up, fully frozen, vacuum sealed, labeled and boxed.
